I present to you a Tillamook sharp cheddar grilled cheese on Como bread lubricated with Tillamook Butternaise (limited edition).
Review – The Butternaise came out of the fridge very firm, closer to the consistency of cold butter vs mayo but only took a few minutes at room temperature to spread like mayo. I initially spread Butternaise as if it was butter which overpowered the cheese flavor. The second sandwich, was spread with moderation and no longer tasted oily and turned out to be the perfect amount. Unlike butter on a grilled cheese, there was such a thing as too much.
I would describe the Butternaise as having a tangy start but finishing off with a butter-garlic flavor. The best part was the strong added crunch it added to each bite. I enjoyed tasting the cheese, bread, and slight garlic butter taste on my tongue with each bite.
4/5 stars. I would absolutely buy it again if it was a regular product. Disclosure: I am a native Oregonian, grew up on Tillamook products, and am extremely loyal to this brand.

I’ve seen they have this for limited time, want to try, but heard the price was $15 for that jar. Is it worth it?
This product is kinda tripping me out.
So, to make mayo, you emulsify oil (generally speaking, vegetable oil) and egg yolks. If you swap the vegetable oil for butter, congratulations, you’ve just made hollandaise. So what is this, just cold hollandaise?
MayoNO
If it wasn’t kewpie mayo I might be about it. Give me a mix of good butter and Dukes or at least a regular mayo and I’ll buy it right now!
