This will be the only way you make warm, hearty chili. Your chili is only as good as your meat. I’m going in with three packets of kasika pork chiso and half a pound of ground beef. I’m going to go ahead and give our meat some color. Once the meat got some color, let’s go ahead and hit it with spices. Now that the meat’s done, we’re going to set it to the side and that’s where we’re going to sear the onions and the peppers and the garlic until translucent. Beautiful. Now we bring back the chorizo. Two cans of fire roasted tomatoes and four cups of beefto. Add a little broth to some tomato paste. I’m going to mix that up real good. And in it goes. Now that it’s boiling on the edges, I’m going to add in my beans. And I’m going to simmer it for 1 hour and 20 minutes cuz I like it rich and thick. My secret weapon garnish crema mexana rancherero takes this chili from amazing to Oh my gosh. Oh, we deserve this. We deserve this. I’m addicted.

  6. Oh you know I'm trying that Mack Daddy! I bet you that would rock hard on a hot dog with some cheddar cheese! Or spoon some over some scrambled eggs with toast and hash browns!

  7. Okay,โ€ฆI MADE THIS TODAY!!
Delicious! We will definitely put this in our keeper file for favorite family recipes. Only tweak I did was,โ€ฆwe are a family of carnivorous maniacs so,.. I used 1 lb ground beef instead of 1/2lb. I doubled the entire recipe because this was for 6 and some are big eaters and I like leftovers.
Excellent recipe and Thank You for sharing!!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
