Everyone gets so
excited about these cheese and bacon stuffed mushrooms. First
things first start by cooking up the bacon. You want it to be
browned and crispy. You’ll love that the bacon bits go inside
the mushrooms and on top. Stuffed mushrooms is just about
the only time I don’t wash mushrooms under water, just wipe
them down with a damp paper towel. Now simply pop off the
stems and put them on your greased baking sheet. Now mash
together your creamy filling, which is cream cheese, parmesan,
garlic, some fresh parsley, salt and pepper. Once you have that
mashed together, fold in half of your bacon bits. You can use a
couple of teaspoons to fill this but a small trigger release
cookie scoop will make this process so quick and easy,
divide the filling, top with bacon and bake until they’re
softened. These stuffed mushrooms taste amazing, and
they always disappear fast. Oh.
