A lot of the new recipes this week are ai generated and its really obvious. This might be my final straw for hello fresh. Does anyone have any good alternatives because I hate supporting companies who replace people with ai slop
These are the first of these photos I’ve actually thought were suspicious. I saw this one today too and the numbers looked so off to me, like why would anyone have a 23g measuring cup?
Those pics are horrible – they don’t look realistic at all.

yes they are and i’m so tired of people denying it and saying it’s just “photoshop” and “touched up food pics.” like no the food looks like rubber in half the photos for the new weeks. its very clearly AI which is really concerning that they can’t just pay people to cook and take professional photos of the meals like they’ve always done.

That stuff looks rubber, its so creepy.

The other examples people have posted were not AI but these all definitely look AI

Ai accusers are so insufferable. This is obviously food photography

Does it matter? Companies have been using food styling tricks for years and AI images are basically this generations version of food styling. Besides, it’s not like what we make ever looks exactly like the photo. My food always looks like something from “Nailed It.”

Wouldn’t surprise me if they did, its bound to be MUCH cheaper than traditional food photography (saw a documentary on it once, hard to believe how much they do to food just to get good pictures of it, renders the meal completely inedible).

Idk these just look highly stylized to me 🤷♀️

We all need to complain to them about this and I intend to do that right now.
