Hey dad, what are you doing? I’m making a French chopped salad. So, it’s our Roma salad that we are going to use. But what’s very important about the um making a salad is to toast it correctly. So that’s why you always get a big big bowl and you put your vinegrett, champagne vinegrett that your mom makes, which is very very good vinegrett. And you make sure you toast the salad very very well. and that you don’t put some on the floor. But anyway, a bit more. And once that starts, little bit of salt and pepper because we like it like that. Then you’re going to put it in a cold plate because it’s cold food. So here’s your Roma. And then you take all the things from the um for the chop. So you have potatoes, string beans, and you start with that. And again, you toast it together like that. Then you take your ve your string beans, you make them nice. You take your potatoes, put them on the side that. Then you take your egg and slowly you’re going to toss it lightly cuz the egg is breaking, of course. So just so they get the vinegaret on and you put it down like that. There we go. And then you finish with tagons, olives, and a little shallots. Again, toast all together and put it on one side. And here you have a great French chop salad.

For me its nice
