Oh, hello. Want to know how to turn a Reuben sandwich into a hot corn beef Reuben dip? I’ll show you how. All right, start by adding a block of softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl. And then add a half a pound of deli corn beef, roughly chopped. Just throw that in there. And then add 1 cup of freshly shredded Swiss cheese, 1/2 cup of sauerkraut, drained, 1/4 cup of sour cream, and 1/4 cup of this homemade thousand island dressing. I posted the video yesterday, and it is delicious. Then grab whatever you have handy to mix all of this together until it’s beautifully combined like so. And then just scoop it up and ploop it into whatever you’re going to serve it in that’s oven safe. Throw the whole thing in the oven at 400Β° for about 15 minutes. When it comes out, it should be bubbly hot. And then grab whatever dippable you have in your pocket, whether it’s a little piece of toast, your finger, a hot dog, a fried egg, or just a Triscuit cracker. Scoop.
