👋 Hi there! I’m David, a Spaniard now in NYC. I spent many years in Spain working in gastronomy and wine, and I’m exploring a tiny, community led supper club around Spanish food and wine here. Think Basque pintxos, vermut Sundays, Andalusian seafood with manzanilla, Rioja vs Ribera tastings, classic tortilla debates, that vibe.

This is not a brand launch or ticket push. Early meetups would be small, 10 to 15 people, priced just to cover ingredients and space. For some dates I plan to invite chefs and wine producers from Spain to join and share their craft with the group.
