Overall a 8.75/10
Smoked these at 290°-300° with a SnS with B&B and Jealous Devil charcoal. Along with cherry, apple and some post oak👍🔥 on a Weber Kettle. One of the kings of charcoal cooking.

    How long did they smoke for at 290-300? I never went that hot and am curious. Were they very tender? Thanks
