I try to find these authentic recipes from calabria

I was volunteering in Calabria, Belvedere Marittimo and I really miss these foods, I wish I could fly back just to eat these dishes again
-Fiori di zucca pasta with minced meat(we used fettuccine)
-creamy pepper pasta with ricotta
-homemade chilli sauce, it was strong but it has a really good taste, usually it was yellow
– stuffed zucca flower with and without meat(sometimes without flower)
– stuffed aubergine peel(maybe it has the same filling to stuffed zucca flower
-Polpette with aubergine
-cipolle di tropea in agrodolce
-baked small onions, it was really soft
-minestrone soup, we baked the leftover with many cheese
I am so sorry, the foods on the pictures don’t look really well, but they were really tasty
