Spinach and Cheese Borek

In this video, borek, which is a Turkish dish, is taught. Burek is usually made either by wrapping the middle ingredients with dough or by slicing the dough in a tray. Today, I will teach one of the types of borek in a tray and slicing, which is spinach and cheese borek.
How to prepare the middle ingredients
Chop the onion and fry it in oil or butter for a while, then add the spinach and fry it a little until the spinach juice is extracted, then add the spices and remove from heat.
Preparing the b0rek dough
Mix the liquid oil, yogurt, vinegar, water and salt together. Add the flour and mix well with the liquid, then knead for 7-8 minutes until the dough is smooth and uniform. Let the dough rest for 50 minutes, then divide it into equal parts. Roll out the dough balls until they are thin, then spread them in a pre-greased tray. I used three layers of dough for the bottom and greased each layer with melted butter. After three layers, I spread the middle ingredients on the dough, now I spread the cheeses on the middle ingredients, you can also use one type of cheese and then I spread the other three layers of dough on the middle ingredients. After I put the last layer of dough, I first cut it into different sizes and then I spread melted butter on it. Now I put the borek tray in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes to cook. In order for the burek to get color, we turn on the top flame of the oven for one minute.
