Made a pumpkin roll for my boyfriend cause he loves them and I love him. I am so happy with it! No cracks and a great swirl! I have used Ina Garten's recipe with mixed results in the past, this time I gave Sally's a try and it was a breeze. I followed the recipe exactly except I used mascarpone instead of traditional cream cheese.
