Some links from our outfit for Thanksgiving pick-up. Probably one of the best culinary items I’ve ever made. Snappy hog casing on the outside with soft boudin-style comfort on the inside. The mix is roughly 20% stuffing/dressing (or whatever your mom called it) blended with ground turkey, pork, mashed sweet potatoes, sweet corn, cranberries, and a hit of homade turkey gravy.
