Broth didn’t turn out quite how I expected, I think I left the aromatics in there for too long but holy cow it was incredible still. Will definitely do again but probably on a more condensed timeline lol

Ramen doesn’t take 200hrs. I watched his video and he’s wasting time and effort where neither need to be wasted.
You can do a start to finish authentic ramen in a single day if you wanted to and have the result be just as good or better.
