Tried this sashimi rice bowl at a restaurant. Do you eat this often?


It was my first time trying this combo outside, and now I’m kinda obsessed. What do you usually pair with sashimi bowls?

    I love my sashimi bowls a bit „poke style“ with avocado, mango, cucumber and some wild herb salad

    Bonus-points for a nice avocado+wasabi/mustard sauce

    But this version looks delicious too, very focused on the sashimi flavor which I can definitely appreciate
