
Lunch today – tuna steak (marinated it with a bit of olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and some Italian herbs). Let it sit in the fridge for about half an hour, then seared it on a grill pan. On the side brown rice and whatever veggies I had at home. Nothing fancy, but the whole thing came out really balanced and honestly pretty tasty
