Tried this sashimi rice bowl at a restaurant. Do you eat this often?
It was my first time trying this combo outside, and now I’m kinda obsessed. What do you usually pair with sashimi bowls?

I mean there are levels for sure, next time order a -donburi bowl of your favorite or a chirashi for variety. Typically the latter is a ‘chef’s choice’ version of product and plating. Chirashi in pic.

I would if I could. Looks good!
The rice and sashimi ratio could be better tho
In Japan every other day, outside of japan its just expensive, i usually eat it just with salmon or tuna, because those are the cheapeast bowls.
In Japan though there are so many franchise restaurants where you can get it for cheaper.
Please cook my fish. Thanks!
I love sashimi, but not sure I would like it all thrown together like this. I like to look at it as I eat it.Lol
I had a bowl like this with seaweed salad instead of rice, and it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten
