I'm popping this recipe into the slow cooker this morning. I have everything on hand…except I only have 1/4c of apple cider vinegar instead of the full 1/2c. 🤦🏻‍♀️

What would be your preferred swap for BBQ pulled pork for the remaining 1/4c? I have on hand:

-Regular white vinegar

-Red wine vinegar

-Lemon juice
