Eureka! It’s a sort of wholemeal loaf!

So we ended up with a 25kg bag of wholemeal flour it was super cheap as the bag was broken so I've been practicing over and over again to get it right.

I've decided I now hate wholemeal, good for toast not much else… That was till loaf number 49 which is this one! Ok so it's not a true wholemeal loaf I put a load of white in it because why not. Last picture is one of my better bricks.

But it's not a brick!!! Wooooooo…. Patience and perseverance. Also never buying wholemeal flour again. 😂😂
