Aside, the best vegan cake I’ve ever had was a strawberry cake with strawberry frosting from a beloved local shop. Been chasing that ever since.

The little stars are super cute. It must have taken a fair bit of effort to shape the melon like cake. And huge yum to the chocolate-dipped strawberries.

If you struggle with baking: a lot of store bought cake mix are vegan – just use banana instead of egg (1/2 banana = 1 egg). I use the Betty Crocker ones
