I haven’t seen those Grill Mates yet, gotta look for them. And I know I’m the outlier, but I can’t stand Kinder’s products. I got their buttery steakhouse rub once, and almost had to throw the steaks out due to the really off flavor that rub gave them. I’ll never buy another Kinder’s product again. Same goes for Bachman’s sauces / marinades.
My favorite this is one called Pork Barrel BBQ

I like everything in this picture. Love Meat Church’s stuff and McCormick is my go-to for store bought seasoning. Check out Bearded Butcher’s stuff. There is just no end to great seasonings and rubs out there. It’s fun to try new stuff. Usually, I end up making my own mixtures of single rubs I like and think would work well together.
