

I know, not traditional, still tasty.
Made the carbonara as normal.
(Guanciale, eggs, pecorino and pepper)
Cooked the nduja in the guanciale fat and added the cooked pasta to the pan.
Mixed in the egg and cheese mix and added some pasta water.
