If hot wings fresh out of the oil are 100/100, then cold wings the next day are at least 98/100. Still crispy, the perfect amount of resistance and chew, the sauce is thicker so you can get more per wing… These were absolutely glorious. (with a piece of garlic sourdough toast to soak up extra sauce)
Sauce: very nearly equal parts Franks, Melinda's Ghost Pepper, and Scatterbrain Cherry Vanilla Whiskey, with a bit of butter and some cayenne/habanero pepper flakes.
