





It looked better than it tasted—hoping for feedback and advice please! I’ve made better, but this one was too lettuce-y, and in general bland. (Usually use BH or similar deli cut meat, so maybe that’s the issue)
Fresh French/hoagie from the local. TKY, Salami, Swiss, prov, tomato, iceberg, dukes, Dijon, Italian/sando spices, crushed red pep, pep salt.

looks good to me, but if you find it bland, dress your lettuce in oil and vinegar
Skip the lettuce, don’t hollow out the bread; add tomato, mayo, brown mustard, red wine vinegar. Just looks dry
I find those pre-packaged lunch meats pretty gross. Fresh sliced tasted way better. Also I would lose the Swiss it doesn’t go with salami.
