while costco doesnt provide specific nutritional/caloric info for their chicken alfredo i would put it on the higher end of the 100g range at ≈310 calories.
that would put the entire container around the ≈5700 calories mark which seems ab right for ≈4lbs of chicken alfredo…
nonetheless, your serving is likely ≈6/≈170g and ≈***525 calories!*** 🙂
