I asked what makes them orange and they said it's a secret. Whatever it is they're pretty great pancakes, and this whole plate was like $8. From an awesome 1940s era diner in Hyde Park.

Love Tal’s! Growing up, my Mom and Grandpa took me there after church every Sunday. Glad to see they’re still there.

Cora’s Coffee Shop (Santa Monica) serves Orange Blue Berry pancakes. They substitute OJ for milk. I made them at home using Bisquick. Similar color pancake.

The “Orange” looks like it comes from pumpkin, which would also make them more “gooey” or soft
