A few days ago I asked everyone here about this recipe and most of you said you loved it. I had a Friendsgiving and decided to make it and was a little nervous that no one would eat it. But it went over so well! I had at least 2-3 people ask me for the recipe. I followed everything for the squash and kale and vinaigrette but I got lazy at the pecans part and just used some raw pecans, pumpkin seeds and cranberries. It was still delicious and can’t wait to make it again for actual thanksgiving! Also some of you suggested trying it with sweet potato and that would be amazing as well so may try that next time!
