On Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 6 p.m., Sandra De Steno, who serves as the director of 2-1-1 at United Way of Greater Toledo, will present information regarding who is affected by food scarcity and facts about SNAP. This presentation will take place at Myla Marcus Winery, 135 S. Main St., Bowling Green, and is presented by Bowling Green Persists.
