So it’s squirrel season on the coast of SC and I have a lot of squirrels that are around the yard because they like my animal feed. I decided to see how they would be barbecued. Here are the results and I also did London broil tacos with salsa verde and pepper jack cheese very nice.

How do you bag your squirrels? Just shoot em? I’ve been wanting to test a squirrel pole for viability as an alternative to shooting
Smoke grey skurl is a blessing from above.
I use a Gamo air rifle. It does that job and is reasonably safer than using a .22 rifle or 20 guage.
