Oh lord, I haven’t had a real Caesar salad with egg and anchovies since the possibility of salmonella mutated to inside the egg shell. What was that, 30 years ago or more? My all time favorite salad, especially when made tableside at a favorite restaurant. You’ve made something truly interesting, rare, and mouthwatering.
