Let’s pack today’s lunchbox for my friends and followers. Tara was feeling a little on the lazy side, so we’re going to make something super simple. Making them some quick, delicious chicken wraps that I’m going to drizzle with the homemade copycat version of Raisin Cane sauce. So, I’m going to begin by prepping our chicken. We’re going to clean it up, dice it up, season it up with all the ingredients I’m going to list on the screen. I’m going to squeeze a little bit of lemon juice, drizzle a little bit of olive oil, mix everything together, and then I let this sit for about 10 to 15 minutes so that all the flavor can marry with the chicken. I’m going to sear it on a dry skillet because we already put oil on the chicken. Since I am making a lot of it, I like to cook it in sections that way it doesn’t boil. Now, we’re going to make the sauce. So, in a bowl, I’m going to add about a cup of mayo, about half a cup of ketchup, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and wishes sauce. I just mix it up, put it in the fridge while I prep the rest of the veggies. When it comes down to wraps, you can add whatever you like. I’m only going to do some lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Now, I know it can get a little confusing as in what’s the difference between a wrap and a burrito because typically a wrap is cold. But if you don’t want your tortilla to crack, you need to warm it up a little bit. So, we’re going to warm up the tortilla just a bit. We’re going to make a nice little bed of lettuce, tomatoes. Add a little bit of onion. Not too much. You don’t want the breath to be nice and stinky. Lots of our delicious, juicy, and tender chicken. Drizzle with our sauce. And then you’re going to close it up and seal the seam. Yes. Again, it can be a little confusing because this looks like a straight up burrito. But not more because I’m going to split in half. That way it’s open just like a wrap. We’re going to drizzle a little bit more sauce. Put it in their little containers. I did run out of stickers and they didn’t want drinks this time. Now I’m just going to do a little quality control check. Make sure nothing is poisoned and everything is delicious. Get everything ready for them so they can come pick up during lunchtime. Bye.
