Man all these chuck steak posts…..one of the most tender and flavorful steaks I ever had was a chuck steak I “fucked up” on the grill and charred a bit too much on the outside but came out JUST north of blue on the inside.
I had cognitive dissonance when I ate it.
It was beautiful and transcendent.
