This reminds me of the time that I got a call (I owned the shop) from a barista when a teenager wanted an 8 shot mocha and the barista just said no. When they asked to speak to the manager and called me I also just said “no.”

Oh my god, when I was still working regularly as a barista last year we used to have a regular who would routinely uber one to two of our specialty lattes large with FULL HEAVY CREAM instead of milk. As in, steaming a large cup of heavy cream and espresso 🤢 first time I made it I couldn’t believe it and only did like half but my coworker confirmed they always ordered that and lo and behold…
I still remember the sound it made 😭
