My take on Croque Madame: lightly toasted sourdough bread with butter and a sprinkle of finely shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano (instead of mornay sauce), thinly sliced gruyere cheese, sliced ham off the bone, and another layer of gruyere. Open-faced and into the Air fryer at 350° for 3 minutes then switched to broil for 1 minute. Topped with over easy eggs (cooked in EVOO with s&p).
