Made some brownies today! Used a new pan, comes with an inner pan that lifts up and dividers that separate the brownies as they bake! They came out in perfect squares!

This pan is actually made so all brownies have crispy edges.

It’s all fun and games until you’re scraping dried up batter out of the nooks and crannies with a toothpick.

All edges sounds like a black magic. I’m glad we’re in this timeline

  5. As someone who prefers the middles, I would not like this 😆

That pan looks perfect for butter mochi! Where did you purchase it?

I love them edge pieces so I’d love this

What I want is a tray with a customized cutter because I’m shit at cutting. Lemme cut it all at once.

I have this pan, just in copper. I typically don’t cook the brownies with the “divider”, I use it after they’re cooked to cut them into perfect squares.

I have this in copper and it’s a total game-changer! So glad you love yours too!

Except now I get asked to make brownies EVERY time we host poker night lol

Reading this as I’m eating some brownies I just made this afternoon, Lol

I love this pan but hated the cleaning of it. I used it for my business. My brownies were a popular item so it got used a lot. It came in handy though.

After awhile the non stick starts to stick which is another reason I didn’t like it. Used oil at times and that helped somewhat. Even after soaking it was still a pain when trying to get the crumbs out of the corners and little gaps

It looks like an old school ice-cube tray.

I remember when these were all the rage back in the day

What, skip the struggle!?? Blasphemy 🙂

This is like buying a pan that somehow makes all muffin bottoms and no tops :/

And for those that love corners, it’s perfect. Me? I prefer the middle, soft and gooey with no harder edges 🙂

  18. When I was growing up we had ice trays like this.

I have one of those and they never cut through properly lol

I feel like I remember this pan being sold on TV like 20 years ago. $30 and if you call now we’ll throw in another for freeeeee!

  21. I think this tool is great for those who like end pieces. I’m a center slightly underbaked kind of girl. I like the comment that said they use the insert to cut even pieces after its baked.
