Written Recipe:
(Makes 8x ~50g bars),
Ingredients:
1 1/3C (240g) dates (dried dates + 2tbsp water) or (fresh dates with no water),
2/3C (80g) cashews (sunflower seeds for nut free),
1/2C (50g) cocoa or cacao,
2 tbsp (20g) dried cranberries/cherries,
1/2 tsp (2g) salt (optional),
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor, pulse until mixture comes together.
2. Press mixture into a lined tray, flatten with a spoon.
3. Refrigerate until firm.
4. Slice into bars. Store in the fridge, enjoy!
