Smoked a rack baby back ribs, used yellow mustard binder, Kendrick BBQ all purpose rub& Pork and Poultry rub. Ran it at 275 degrees for 2 hours. Spritzed with Apple cider vinegar and water twice before I Wrapped in foil with butter, Mikes hot honey and more Kendrick BBQ pork and poultry rub for 1 hour than Finished them up with Traeger BBQ sauce for 30 minutes. 3-2-1 method is too long for Baby back ribs IMO.
