



Literally it's the same animal w ground beef don't have to be extra w the ribeye
- Get some onions going
- (And when the onions look good) Plop in the ground beef. Cook to completion add salt and pepper (I picked soy sauce over salt)
- Haters will say Italian roll but I used baguette. As long as it's a hearty yet soft bread it will work. Toasted in the oven
- Made "cheese wiz", some milk, some sliced of carcinogenic American cheese, some scraps of cheddar cheese (we are an EXTRA SHARP FAMILY why pay the same price for mildness, but also if you shred cheese toss it with corn starch or flour so it doesn't clump. Also don't buy pre shredded cheese it's loaded with anti melting properties)
- Seriously Ribeye is priced beyond my pay grade.

I’d eat it, Sautee onion , mushrooms, pepper. All inexpensive and you only need to use a bit and save the rest for an omelet or another sammy
