There was a kid who used to come into a sushi bar I worked at for a long time. Every time they came in he’d get 12 orders (2pc per order) of salmon nigiri and he was only like 6-8

I do love the texture of salmon. It rivals tuna for me, but doesn’t surpass it.
I could eat an entire brick of tamago. Anago comes in at #2. And toro tops the list. Once ate 36 ounces of it in 24 hours. I didn’t want to see sushi ever again for all of two days.

Salmon looks weak but is the best in NA
Salmon is most delicious sushi in my opinion
That’s our favorite too.. 😍 paprika/Cajun one is sooo good too.
