The first time I smoked a turkey, it was a 12 pounder. We got a 14 pounder this time and I was worried I’d have to spatchcock it, but luckily it fit. Came out great!!

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

14lb pound bird, I went super simple, traeger turkey brine and pellet bundle. Smoked at 225 for 2 hours, jumped to 320 for 3 hours and bang! Basted with butter every 45 minutes.
