Easy Keema Naan | Turkish Pide with Indian Twist | Viral Chicken Flatbread

Juicy minced chicken stuffed in soft naan or Turkish-style pide. Easy, flavorful and totally irresistible!

Ingredients
🍞 Dough:
500g maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp activated yeast
⅓ cup lukewarm water
2 tsp salt
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp melted butter or oil

🥩 Keema Filling:
500g minced chicken1 onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp jeera (cumin) powder
½ tsp chili flakes or degi mirch
¼ tsp cardamom powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

Tips
Rest dough for at least 1 hour in a warm spot for a softer texture.
Add a splash of milk or extra yogurt for richer, fluffier naan.
Oil your hands while kneading to keep dough smooth and non-sticky.
Use finely chopped onions to help them blend in and release sweetness.
Add a squeeze of lemon or amchur for a tangy kick to balance the spices.
Let the filling cool slightly before stuffing — prevents tearing the dough.
Add cheese for extra melt & taste.
Use tandoori masala for a smoky flavor twist.
