1st cook on my XL- Beef Ribs and Pork Belly Burnt Ends

I've been loving my Large BGE for about 10 years now and just picked up a used XL at a great price. I originally planned this cook for my reverse offset but when it called for heavy rain all day I pivoted. Amazing how much the XL fits. Being able to add whole splits to the coal was an unexpected bonus.
