  1. Recipe⬇️ (420 Cals, 29g Protein)

    Ingredients-
    2-3 Tbsp Chopped Cucumber
    2-3 Tbsp Chopped Cherry Tomato
    2-3 Tbsp Shredded Carrot
    2-3 Tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
    80g cooked quinoa
    80g boiled chickpeas
    1 tsp olive oil
    Spices – Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Haldi, Pepper, Garam Masala
    Mix seeds for garnish

    For the sauce –
    70g low fat paneer
    Half red bell pepper charred
    1/2 Lemon Juice
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    2 tsp chilli achaar
    Salt to Taste
    Water

    How to Prep⬇️
    🌸 Blend all ingredients together to make the sauce.
    🌸In a pan, add olive oil, boiled chickpeas, and spices. Toss it for a couple of mins until the chickpeas is well coated.
    🌸To cook the quinoa, take 1 cup quino and double the water. Add a little salt and 1 tsp oil. Cook for 2 whistles and it will be done
    🌸Add the veggies, chickpeas, pomegranate anf quinoa to a jar and shake it well!! Garnish with seeds and enjoy❤️
