i try to go super light on cheese bc i'm lactose intolerant :') i saw a video for a sandwich like this on the air fryer subreddit and felt inspired lol

air fryer sandwich vid [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/airfryer/s/cjp9HLEo5W). i didn’t do sliced cheese and used a slice of salami + spreadable white cheddar cheese wedge. also way less shredded cheese (only 1tbs)
