Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, sugar and whisk until smooth.
Add vegetable oil, lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix again.
Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl, then combine until smooth.
Pour the batter into a 20×30 cm baking dish.
For the filling, dice the apples.
Melt butter in a pan, add brown sugar and caramelize.
Add the apples and cook until soft and golden.
Add cinnamon and black raisins, cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Spread the caramelized apples evenly over the batter.
For the crumble (streusel), blend walnuts, breadcrumbs and butter together. Sugar optional.
Sprinkle the crumble evenly on top of the cake.

I made this….. this is not meant to be a criticism o a critique.
Firstly I would not add lemon zest. Not sure why lemon was added as there isn’t a lot of sugar and it only complicates the flavour balance. The apples and how much brown sugar depends on the type of apple you use. I did 3, like she, but 4 would have been better. The topping, no breadcrumbs. Again it throws off the walnuts and they get lost in the bread crumbs. What I would suggest is to definitely just do butter, brown sugar and walnuts as the crumb. I hope this helps. Don’t overcook as it would be simple to do as the cake continues to cook as it sits.
