Finally made it to Layla Bagels & Coffee! They currently have the Idiot Sandwich on special, which consists of a Pretzel Challah Bagel, RC provisions pastrami, Jarlsberg cheese, red wine braised cabbage, horseradish chive cream cheese, whole grain mustard, and scrambled eggs. It was really good in my opinion. Yes, $22 for a bagel sandwich is pretty steep, but considering a mediocre one at Einstein Bagel Bros. costs $10, I'd rather pay more for something delicious.
