The Emerald Ballroom ($80 per person; $30 for kids 4-11) and Black Bear Golf Club ($67 per person; $29 for kids 4-11) are serving a buffet of seafood, other hot options and dessert; the Canyon Ballroom at Minerals Hotel ($70 per person) offers a similar selection for its Thanksgiving buffet. Crystal Tavern will provide a Thanksgiving Turkey option with side dishes, while Spring Springs Bistro will feature turkey dinner alongside other options like meatballs and fritto misto. The French-style restaurant, one of New Jersey Monthly‘s 40 best in the state, is offering a family-style Thanksgiving dinner package for pickup. It includes butternut squash soup, roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing, fall vegetables and more. Other items, such as shrimp cocktail, chicken pot pie and roasted salmon, are available a la carte. Chef David Burke’s East Brunswick restaurant, Orchard Park, is serving up a Thanksgiving dine-in and takeout package this year. The “Grab n Gobble” package consists of either a whole turkey ($450) that feeds 6-10 people, or a half order ($225) which feeds up to six, each of which comes with multiple sides and a choice of apple, pumpkin, or pecan pie. Orchard Park’s dine-in option, meanwhile, offers a three-course meal from a prix fixe menu which is $98 per person ($55 for children under 10), serving dishes like roasted acorn soup, shrimp stuffed sole, and oven roasted turkey, plus an assortment of beer and wine. Orders can be picked up on Thanksgiving between 10 am-12:30 pm.

Red Horse by David Burke at the Bernards Inn, Bernardsville

Chef David Burke, who owns several restaurants in New Jersey, has taken over operations at the classic Bernards Inn in Bernardsville, giving it his Red Horse moniker. The restaurant will have dine-in and to-go options. If you plan to dine-in, the restaurant is serving a three-course prix-fixe menu on Thanksgiving (noon to 8 pm) at $95 per person. For their to-go options, Red Horse serves a complete Thanksgiving dinner for 4-6 guests at $225 or 6-8 guests at $450. This meal includes every side and dessert Red Horse has to offer.
