Turkey Macarons

They worked! I honestly didn't have faith in these. The batter was a bit under mixed (as you can see) because I split it for the colors and was afraid to over do it. Then they dried for waaaay longer than I thought they would take. I made my husband look for feet for me because I figured they would be pancakes or cracked. I'm so pleased. It has been 3 years of trial and error in our new house and I've finally found a recipe that works with our gas oven AND figured out temp, cook time, and which rack(s) I can and can't cook on. I almost gave up on macs last month but definitely feeling renewed. 🦃
