    That bread is not up to the task (I’m guessing) and mustard seems like a bad choice for an OM egg but taste is in the mouth of the beholder so you do you.

    It doesn’t look like much, but this simple combination reaches out to me.

    The core flavors of fatty beef, sour dough, salt, and yolk… yum. Mustard might bind the flavors.

  3. i would destroy this. a lil more seasoning wouldn’t hurt tho
