Honestly? Something similar to this is my guilty pleasure food. Salted herring, slice donion, mayo, mashed potatoes and grated beet, all layerd on one another. Throw in some fryed rye bread covered in mashed garlic and it’s a feast. But only once a year XD

I’m from Finland. You just separate the 2 and warm them up a little bit and it’s a decent lunch. Herring… mashed potatoes… all good ingredients. All good stuff.
