I’ve been bringing a bag of vegetables to work every day as part of my lunch. You know, to be healthy or something, but I’m also kind of like a child, so I need something to dip them in. This has been my go-to dip lately. Starts with some finely chopped red pepper because, you know, double the vegetables if you’re dipping your vegetables in more vegetables. Then Greek yogurt, this cayenne olive oil, garlic salt, onion powder, dried onion, parsley flakes, and smoked paprika. Give it a mix, and then you too can be a happy little veggie dipper all week, just like me.

  1. You know what, good going. Most people where I live won’t even eat carrots in soup. I’ll have to put a pin in this for when I have enough spare money to eat beyond the poverty vegan rice-beans-ramen lifestyle.

  2. Vegetables are not healthy. They are artificial, do not exist in nature, man-made for profit by maximizing sugar content. Moreover, they contain plant toxins and they ruin the soil they grow in. On the other hand, a steak is part of a natural cycle, in balance with nature. And, it is nutritionally complete and free of toxins.
